He is an award winning body builder, speaker, personal trainer, a fitness boxing and weight management specialist, a fitness model and has recently joined the Big Sis & Company Focused on The Issues Team as the Personal Trainer.

Big Sis & Company Focused on the Issues aired its 10th episode on Wednesday! This episode featured our newest addition to the Big Sis Show family. Relationship Expert Dr. James Wadley. Dr. Wadley is a licensed counselor specializing in marriage, family and sexuality. When Dr. Wadley stopped by to talk with Big Sis he shared the steps to making a successful relationship. Since Dr. Wadley is apart of the Big Sis and Company Focused on the Issues show - the show for and about the DMV, he will soon be offering relationship workshops to families in the DMV.
