On July 29th, 2009 the 9th episode of Big Sis & Company Focused on the Issues aired! This episode featured entrepreneur Monique Allen. Monique is a single parent of two. At a young age she decided to turn her skill and passion of doing hair into her lively hood and profession. Through her experiences and pain Ms. Allen feels she has evolved! Monique stopped by and talked with Big Sis about her life and experiences through her eyes.
